As a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of our community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and buildings
- Conduct rounds to check and report any issues or concerns related to resident care
- Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Perform custodial duties, such as cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and floors
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Physical ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
