Required Skills:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active Arizona medical license
• DEA certification
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experience
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hospital-based Urology practice
• Additional certifications or specialized training in urological procedures
• Familiarity with emergency call duties and coverage

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• At least 1 year of post-residency Urology practice
• Proven ability to handle adult patient populations confidently

Other Requirements:

• Must be available for 24-hour beeper call shifts starting July 21, 2026
• Willingness to work in a hospital setting with a bed capacity of 269
• Travel and licensure reimbursement as applicable
