Required Skills: Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Active Arizona Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Urology Proficiency in Cerner EMR system Ability to work a 24-hour beeper call shift with excellent patient management skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience working with a hospital team and support staff such as Advanced Practice Providers (APP) Familiarity with emergency Urology procedures and urgent care management Strong communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Prior experience in hospital-based urology practice is highly desirable Other Requirements: Active Arizona license required for submission DEA registration necessary Willingness to participate in a 24/7 shift schedule including day and night calls Credentialing process conducted promptly to ensure seamless onboarding Eligible for travel and licensure reimbursements, along with comprehensive benefits Enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of $4,074.02, paid weekly via direct deposit, along with a robust benefits package including medical coverage, paid sick time, referral bonuses, and more.
