What You’ll Need to Succeed: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid Arizona Medical License or IMLC License in Process DEA Certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in OB/GYN Exceptional communication and patient management skills Ability to handle 1-3 deliveries per shift with a keen attention to detail Willingness to participate in 24-hour callback shifts Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart: Experience with Cerner EMR or similar electronic medical record systems Previous experience in hospital-based OB/GYN practice Strong teamwork and adaptability skills Bilingual proficiency (preferred but not required) Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Recent clinical experience in a hospital setting Comfortable working extended night shifts, including 24-hour beeper call Other Requirements: Night shift availability (7 PM – 7 PM) Commitment to providing exceptional patient care during high-pressure situations Willingness to travel and participate in credentialing processes, which typically take 15-20 days Compliance with all hospital policies and state/federal regulations Enjoy competitive pay of $2,111.85 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements.
