Springdale, AR, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 2697 Reports To: Operations Manager Responsibilities and Duties Greets customers, directs haulers and other traffic, and answers questions accurately. Ensures that incoming material is manifested, safe, and does not contain prohibited material. Obtains information regarding material entering landfill to properly bill the customer and track the total amount and type of waste entering the landfill. Provides a scale ticket to the customer, signs the waste manifest, and documents the waste entering the landfill. Completes all administrative tasks including regular filing and completes required reports. Identifies and reports problems; gathers needed information to develop solutions. Reports customer and/or supplier problems to management and responds promptly to customer needs. Ensures that customers and employees conduct all business in a safe manner and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Communicates with General Manager, and other operators via a 2-way radio for proper dispatch. Provides general housekeeping of the Scale House. Analytical thinker who can multi-task and is extremely organized.
