Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a Business Operations Associate to work alongside our leadership and operations teams and get hands-on exposure to what it takes to run and grow a multi-location business. This isn't a traditional administrative assistant position. You might help solve a scheduling problem Monday, work on recruiting Tuesday, analyze an operational issue Wednesday, help improve a process Thursday, and be handed a completely new project Friday. What You'll Actually Do Identifying a problem and helping figure out how to fix it Building or improving a process that isn't working efficiently Helping coordinate schedules, customers and field operations Supporting recruiting and hiring initiatives Working with business data, reports and operational metrics Communicating with customers, employees and leadership Taking ownership of projects from idea through execution Jumping into whatever area of the business needs another capable person You May Find Yourself: Identifying a problem and helping figure out how to fix it Building or improving a process that isn't working efficiently Helping coordinate schedules, customers and field operations Supporting recruiting and hiring initiatives Working with business data, reports and operational metrics Communicating with customers, employees and leadership Taking ownership of projects from idea through execution Jumping into whatever area of the business needs another capable person Who Will Thrive Here You don't need years of experience.
