Extensive experience in product recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring for roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, and other product-focused positions within both corporate and agency environments. Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and candidates by understanding product lifecycle, market needs, and industry trends. High sense of urgency and commitment to meeting hiring goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A high degree of business acumen and comfortability in dealing with ambiguity. Experience fostering collaborative working relationships advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Strong experience in building collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across functions. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
