Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Physical Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administering direct patient care based on the detailed prescriptions from referring physicians or authorized practitioners, ensuring adherence to state regulations and best practices.
• Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients using standardized techniques, while efficiently documenting findings and patient history.
• Designing and implementing individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient's specific needs, goals, and progress, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management strategies.
• Monitoring patient status throughout treatment sessions, making timely adjustments to therapy plans based on tolerance and outcomes observed during sessions.
• Participating actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress, collaborate on patient care strategies, and enhance overall treatment efficacy.

Compensation and Benefits
