Meet the Team: Join Dexcom's Quality team and play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of life-changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. As a Quality Inspector, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support manufacturing operations, maintain compliance standards, and help ensure that every product meets the highest quality expectations. Where You Come In: You will perform in-process and final product reviews of documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, proper formatting, signatures, dates, and compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). You will maintain compliance with operating procedures and complete all required training before performing assigned tasks. You will ensure manufacturing documentation is legible, complete, accurate, and compliant with quality requirements. You will inspect finished product labeling to verify compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. You will review and approve line clearance activities to support manufacturing readiness.You will perform in-process quality audits within manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and GDP standards. You will assist with Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR) activities during the manufacturing of commercial and clinical products. You will conduct in-process product inspections and testing to verify quality requirements are met. You will develop a strong understanding of manufacturing processes to effectively support quality operations. You will provide training and guidance to new team members as needed. You will embrace new challenges and support evolving business needs across various areas within the Quality Department. You will maintain strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities. You will perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. You have experience working in a regulated manufacturing, quality, or medical device environment, preferred. You have familiarity with Good Documentation Practices (GDP), quality systems, and manufacturing processes. You have experience using or can quickly learn systems such as Agile/PLM, Oracle, Camstar, or similar software platforms.
