The Sales Consultant is also responsible for helping create an environment that motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals. Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns, and put members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources./ph3Responsibilities Duties/h3ulliSupporting an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our studio./liliResponsible for achieving self-generated lead targets each month./liliManage the pipeline of leads to drive conversions/liliResponsible for hitting monthly new member growth goals/liliHelp keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests/liliDelivering an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit - you help inspire them to take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious sales experience preferred/liliExcellent customer service skills/liliMotivated and passionate about health and fitness/liliPositive and detail-oriented person that can talk to anyone/liliComfortable learning new software, such as MindBody and Loyalsnap/li/ulpCompensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour/ppWe embody and live our brand.
