Maintenance Technician - Commercial

Mobile Maintenance TechnicianHuntington Maintenance, a division of Farbman Group, is seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position travels to assigned commercial properties to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. The Mobile Maintenance Technician helps ensure each property remains safe, functional, and well maintained for tenants and staff.Key Responsibilities:Travel to assigned commercial properties to perform maintenance and repairs.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.Diagnose and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues.Respond promptly to service requests and maintenance emergencies.Monitor building systems and equipment for proper operation.Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed.Maintain accurate records of completed work, equipment status, and inventory.Ensure compliance with safety requirements and applicable building codes.Maintain company tools, equipment, and assigned vehicle in good working condition.Communicate regularly with property managers and supervisors regarding property needs and completed work.A company vehicle will be provided for travel to assigned properties
