Video Editors Editors who understand pacing, emotion, retention, subtitles, sound design, motion graphics and short‑form storytelling for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat. Producers Highly organized creatives who can manage shoots, timelines, logistics, talent and production while keeping projects moving fast under pressure. Storytellers Creative thinkers who know how to turn simple ideas into powerful stories through scripting, hooks, emotional beats and social‑first storytelling. What This Job Involves Creating engaging short‑form social media content Working on productions from idea to final delivery Collaborating with creatives, editors, producers and talent Adapting content for different social media platforms Managing multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table Working on‑site in Miami, 5 days a week Sound Like You?
