Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software engineering teams using Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts; monitor and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operations and prioritize technology solutions.
• Champion business process automation and continuous improvement.
• Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Apply retrospective insights to improve team performance and delivery velocity.
• Build self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development through targeted growth plans.
• Perform code reviews from team to determine employee productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing high-performing technology teams.
• Strong understanding of software development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven project management skills within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.

What success looks like

Within 3 Months:

• Gain a solid understanding of the role and build collaborative relationships.
• Establish effective time and priority management.
• Begin applying feedback to improve performance and confidence.

Within 1 Year:

• Demonstrate mastery of role responsibilities with consistent execution.
• Build a strong internal network and become a trusted collaborator.
• Take on increased responsibilities and identify growth opportunities.

Pay range

$125,000 – $150,000

This is an exempt position.

The salary range is for Base Salary. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.
