Senior Administrative Analyst

The Senior Administrative Analyst serves as a regional logistics coordinator within the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Region 2, supporting quality and compliance monitoring initiatives. The role focuses on personal allowance management in state-operated programs, including data analysis, policy development, compliance checks, and technical support to field operations across multiple counties in Central and Western New York. Key qualifications: Six years of experience conducting management and organizational studies, reviewing procedures, and developing internal controls Experience collecting data and conducting cost-benefit or systems analysis to assist with organizational change Experience evaluating and developing recommendations to improve program operations and effectiveness Ability to design and update procedure manuals, forms, and policy Subject matter expertise in personal allowance management and compliance monitoring 20% travel required to conduct site surveys and provide technical support #J-18808-Ljbffr
