Field Service Supervisor

Role Overview Role OverviewThe Field Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment providing a range of installations, training, quality control, and technical support for new store construction, store upgrades, rollouts, and break-fix service in support of multiple clients across Telaid’s full client list. What You Will Do Conduct field quality control inspections, audits, and surveys, train technicians and subcontractors, conduct on-site field surveys, provide project management oversight, perform installation and service work, and serve as the technical liaison and point of escalation for clients.
