Responsibilities
● Pull, prepare, and stage customer and delivery orders ● Load customer vehicles and company delivery trucks safely ● Receive, unload, stock, and organize incoming materials ● Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment when trained and authorized ● Keep the warehouse, lumber yard, and loading areas clean and organized ● Follow company safety procedures at all times ● Communicate inventory shortages, damaged materials, or order discrepancies ● Work with sales, delivery, and other departments to keep orders moving efficiently ● Assist with other warehouse and lumber yard duties as needed

● Dependable and punctual ● Hardworking with a positive attitude ● Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment ● Able to follow instructions and safety procedures ● Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed ● Friendly and professional with customers ● Willing to learn about lumber and building materials Previous lumber yard, warehouse, construction, or building materials experience is a plus but not required. Forklift experience is also a plus. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and moving building materials.
