Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (Days) Position Type: Travel Contract Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $2800.00 Weekly (approved rate) Hiring Process: Auto Offers Only – No Interviews Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) to join a hospital-based outpatient clinic for a 13‑week travel assignment . The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall function. The role includes working with patients across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with the current greatest need in inpatient care. Physical Therapists develop individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based techniques to improve movement, restore function, and prevent disability. They also educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and wellness programs to support long‑term health and mobility. Schedule Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Additional Requirement: Work at the hospital one Saturday per month On‑Call: None Block Scheduling: Not available 48‑Hour Guarantee: Not available Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function Deliver care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle improvements Maintain accurate clinical documentation in MedHost EMR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Requirements Minimum 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience required Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings required Current BLS certification required Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license required Pending New Mexico licensure accepted (must be included with submission) Additional Information Fingerprints required for all New Mexico travel clinicians Scrub Color: Any EMR System: MedHost #J-18808-Ljbffr Talented Medical Solutions
