En CPM Builders estamos buscando un ayudante general/handyman responsable, proactivo y con experiencia en construccin para apoyar nuestros proyectos de construccin comercial e interior de tiendas de lujo en el sur de la Florida.

Responsabilidades

Realizar trabajos generales de construccin y mantenimiento en proyectos en curso.
Apoyar en labores de carpintera, instalacin de paneles de yeso (drywall), pintura, resanes y acabados.
Instalar puertas, herrajes, accesorios, estanteras y otros elementos de construccin.
Completar las listas de correcciones (Punch List) antes de la entrega de los proyectos.
Cargar, descargar y transportar materiales, herramientas y equipos.
Mantener las reas de trabajo limpias, organizadas y seguras.
Apoyar a los superintendentes y gerentes de proyecto en sus necesidades diarias de la obra.
Operar herramientas manuales y elctricas de forma segura.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad de la empresa y con los estndares de OSHA.
Colaborar en la logstica del proyecto y en la movilizacin de materiales cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos

Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en construccin, mantenimiento o trabajos generales (Handyman).
Conocimientos bsicos de carpintera, pintura, drywall, acabados y reparaciones generales.
Capacidad para utilizar herramientas manuales y elctricas.
Licencia de conducir vigente y transporte confiable.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras y trabajar en un entorno fsicamente exigente.
Responsable, puntual y con buena actitud de trabajo.
Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y para trabajar en equipo.
El bilinge (espaol e ingls) es altamente preferido.
La certificacin OSHA 10 es una ventaja (o la disposicin para obtenerla).

Licencia de conducir vigente.
Transporte confiable.
Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
Bilinge (Espaol/Ingls) preferido.
