Pay: $35

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical schematics to build and wire control panels for custom equipment.
• Assemble and wire control components and devices in accordance with detailed schematics and documentation.
• Mount components and assemble structural and functional systems to complete custom test equipment.
• Install custom test equipment at customer sites.
• Assist with site start-up and commissioning of new equipment, including functional checks and system verification.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing equipment to restore or maintain proper operation.
• Verify electrical functionality of assembled machinery using appropriate testing tools and procedures.
• Use electrical meters and other test equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues, including AC, DC, and signal loops.
• Travel domestically and locally approximately 2535% of the time to support installations, start-ups, and service work.

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years of experience with industrial control systems.
• Strong electrical wiring experience, including control wiring and panel building.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and documentation.
• Work experience working with AC from 24 to 480 volts, single and three phase.
• Proficiency in using electrical meters and performing electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with installation, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and PC/PLC-based controls.
• Experience working with custom equipment in an industrial environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read structured text programming; experience with structured text is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with installation of industrial equipment and control systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for both electrical and control systems.
• Comfort using hand tools, testing equipment, and other tools common in a manufacturing and field service environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Southampton, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $72800.00/yr. Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage and 401K with company match Paid time off (2 weeks) and 10 paid holidays Flexible Work Schedule

This is a fully onsite position in Southampton, PA.
