Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE Must have graduated from an accredited school Minimum one year’s experience Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or in the process of obtaining licensure Current CPR certification Other requirements as determined by the client facility Duties & Responsibilities The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, which includes providing direct patient care, assessing medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. The PT must set realistic and achievable goals, document and record patient conditions, and educate patients and families about appropriate physical therapy methods.
