Associate Protein Chemistry - Purification

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences. Associate Protein Chemistry – Purification We are searching for a highly motivated Associate to join the Protein Therapeutics (PT) Protein Chemistry team. This role focuses on engineering, production, assessment, and final selection of large molecule drug candidates for Process Development. Responsibilities Purify novel and complex molecules that will be the next generation of large molecule therapeutics. Contribute to the execution of our protein purification and analytics capabilities. Organize, analyze, and report findings to support lead candidate selection. Partner with Project, Analytics, and Automation teams to advance our pipeline. What We Expect Of You We seek a highly collaborative, motivated scientist with the following qualifications. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences, or Associate’s degree and 4 years of relevant scientific experience, or High school diploma / GED and 6 years of protein purification and/or protein analytics experience. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated strong communication skills, ability to multi‑task, and work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team environment. Track record of independent critical thinking and creative problem solving. Experience with protein purification, chromatography resins, instrumentation, and software. Familiarity with protein analytics fundamentals and techniques. Familiarity with handling and analyzing large datasets.
