Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources.

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing a range of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear objectives, interventions, and measurable outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, conduct thorough risk assessments, and collaborate on safety planning when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, enhancing clients' understanding of mental health and promoting community support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
