Step into a contract opportunity supporting school-based speech-language services in the Sugarland area. This position is ideal for clinicians eager to make a positive impact while enjoying the flexibility of a modern workload model. You will provide essential support across 2-3 schools, with your primary workspace based at a central office. Enjoy guaranteed remote work one day each week, with the possibility for added flexibility for the right fit. This is a full-time role, running from ASAP through late May 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population.
• Support district initiatives focused on a balanced workload model rather than traditional caseload numbers.
• Supervise and mentor one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
• Collaborate with school teams for student assessments, IEP development, and family communication.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with state and district standards.
• Participate in team meetings and engage with professional development as needed.
• Travel between 2-3 assigned schools as part of your weekly routine.

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP required).
• Experience in school-based settings preferred, with a strong understanding of IEP processes.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to supervise and provide guidance to an SLPA.
• Adaptable with technology for both in-person and remote service delivery.
