Qualifications:

• Active State of Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) licensure (no SLPA, CFs, or educator credential required)
• Demonstrated school-based SLP experience (elementary or secondary setting)
• Willingness to travel on-site between campuses; remote/voco not permitted
• Experience working in an early childhood center (strongly preferred)
• Ability to provide license number, proof of licensure, and documentation of experience
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload across multiple campuses (elementary/secondary)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Conduct assessments, maintain timely documentation, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
• Adapt service delivery to unique needs, including self-contained classroom settings
