Discrimination victims should sue for damages to force change, fight harassment, retaliation, and failures to accommodate. Our core practice areas include: Commercial Litigation Employment Discrimination Wage and Hour Law Independent Contractor Misclassification Contract Enforcement and Breach Regulatory and Licensed Industry Defense Real Estate Brokerage Litigation Antitrust and Unfair Competition Housing Discrimination Sexual Harassment Discrimination Whistleblower and Retaliation Litigation Education Discrimination Why join us?
