The Retail Key Holder plays a crucial supervisory role within a clothing and fashion retail environment, overseeing a small team of 1-5 employees. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, cash handling proficiency, and loss prevention awareness while supporting store operations including opening and closing procedures.

 

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small team of 1-5 employees to ensure smooth store operations
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
• Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
• Implement loss prevention techniques to safeguard store assets
• Manage opening and closing procedures according to company standards
• Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail supervision
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong skills in customer service and cash handling
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques
