HR Clerk – Nut WarehouseLocation: Hughson & Livingston, CA Pay: $22.00/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PMPosition SummaryWe are looking for an HR Clerk to support daily HR operations at our Hughson and Livingston nut warehouse locations. This position will assist employees, maintain records, support hiring and onboarding, and help with timekeeping and HR paperwork.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential employee information.Job DutiesUpdate and maintain employee information in ADP.Update employee timecards and schedules.Process job applications and assist with candidate screening.Conduct or assist with screening interviews.Help with new-hire paperwork, background checks, I-9s, drug screens, and employment verifications.Schedule and conduct new-hire orientations.Enroll employees in the timeclock system.Track employee call-ins and attendance.Assist employees with ADP accounts and enrollments.Assist with basic employee benefits questions and orientations.Maintain employee files and records.Complete employment verification forms.Report employee conflicts or concerns to management.Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.Assist with employee engagement events.Send basic emails, memos, and other HR communications.Copy, scan, organize, and file documents.Create and save electronic files to shared folders.Perform other HR duties as assigned.RequirementsBilingual in English and Spanish – RequiredPrevious HR or administrative experience preferred.ADP experience is a plus.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good computer and filing skills.Ability to organize paper and electronic files alphabetically.Strong attention to detail.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Must be able to work at both the Hughson and Livingston locations.Employee will work a full shift at one location each day; no splitting the day between locations.Reliable daily attendance is required.
