Description

Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring a positive and successful experience with software solutions for machinery.

Provide phone, virtual, and on-site technical support to customers.

Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and problem resolution.

Assist customers in maximizing the value and efficiency of the software and equipment.

Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams as needed.

Deliver hands-on software training classes at company facilities and customer sites.

Develop and present training materials tailored to customer needs and skill levels.

Guide customers through software functionality, workflows, and best practices.

Conduct engaging software demonstrations for prospective and existing customers.

Support sales teams during customer visits, trade shows, and technical presentations.

Perform time studies and application evaluations to support customer recommendations.

Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate software solutions.

Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed.

Present technical concepts clearly to small and mid-sized groups.

Maintain accurate customer documentation and support records.

Work cross-functionally with sales, service, engineering, and software teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
