About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead the growth of enterprise revenue across the Americas, with a focus on the digital natives segment. This pivotal role involves taking ownership of the entire revenue performance, from new business to renewals, and ensuring high net revenue retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust and scalable enterprise sales engine, with a proven track record in this area. Key responsibilities include driving predictable revenue growth, leading strategic enterprise deals, and building a high-performance sales team. The role also demands a strong operational discipline, the ability to translate company strategy into regional revenue plans, and a deep understanding of the sales process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operational rigor. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure sales leadership, with a strong history of closing complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
