About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Technology to lead the optimization and advancement of its technology infrastructure, capabilities, and team. This executive will be a key partner with the executive leadership, defining the organization's technology vision and building a cohesive, forward-thinking IT function. The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong commitment to mentorship, talent development, and team alignment, who can translate business needs into practical, reliable technology solutions. The VP of Tech will be responsible for all technology decisions and outcomes, ensuring that technology investments drive measurable value and align with the company's mission and values. Candidates for the VP of Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology projects, driving digital transformation, and implementing data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of modern IT environments, including cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. A business- and ROI-oriented mindset is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and to lead change management efforts. The VP of Tech must be a relationship-driven leader, with the ability to build trust and earn respect across the organization, and be dedicated to a service-oriented, accountable technology culture.
