Candidates for the VP of Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology leadership, preferably in construction, engineering, or manufacturing. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading large-scale technology projects, driving digital transformation, and implementing data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of modern IT environments, including cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
