Banking Associate

We are working with a leading, Chamber's-ranked international law firm seeking a Private Credit Associate to join its expanding Banking & Finance practice. While the role sits within the firm's New York private credit team, associates have the flexibility to be based in New York, California or Texas, working seamlessly across one integrated national practice . The team advises many of the world's leading direct lenders, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and alternative capital providers on a broad range of sophisticated financing transactions across the private capital marke t. Associates can expect exposure to matters includi ng:sponsor-backed acquisition financin gs,direct lending and unitranche faciliti es,recurring revenue, NAV and asset-backed financing structur es,refinancing and recapitalisation transactio ns,special situations and opportunistic credit matters, andcomplex cross-border financing transactio ns. This opportunity would suit associates seek ing:exposure to one of the market's leading private credit practi ces,sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing w ork,meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction, anda collaborative, high-performing environment with excellent progression prospe cts.
