Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students in an educational setting near Montesano, WA. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a vital role guiding behavioral interventions and collaborating with staff to foster positive outcomes for students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience developing and overseeing behavioral intervention plans in schools or similar environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform individualized behavior plans
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure measurable growth
- Offer guidance, modeling, and professional development to educational team members
- Maintain accurate, timely records of services and outcomes
- Support a positive, inclusive school environment that encourages student success
