This role focuses on providing high-quality behavioral analysis and intervention services to students, collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families. Your leadership and insight as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will play a vital part in helping students reach their potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, data collection, and ABA methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention strategies
- Train and consult with educational and support staff on the implementation of behavior plans and ABA techniques
- Monitor student progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure documentation is complete and timely
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote a supportive, inclusive environment to help each child succeed academically and behaviorally
