Director, Commercial Development
Selby Jennings
Provides commercial input into clinical development, including indication prioritization, trial design, endpoints, and competitive positioning to maximize long-term asset value Supports market intelligence efforts across epidemiology, treatment landscape, and competitive pipelines to inform strategic decision-making Contributes to forecasting, scenario planning, pricing strategy, and investment decisions to guide commercialization and lifecycle planning Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, and other teams to support launch readiness and coordinated market entry Ensures U.S. commercial, access, and evidence needs are embedded into global development and launch strategies to drive adoption and success Profile: 12-15+ years of biopharma commercial or development experience with strong exposure across the product lifecycle, particularly pre-launch through commercialization Strategic, data-driven thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed, fast-paced environments Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Thrives in high-growth, ambiguous settings with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Your profile won't be considered if you do not meet the requirements above! #J-18808-Ljbffr EPM Scientific
