Pay Rate: $28/hr

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm EST

Contract (potential for extension)

Description

A person in this role is responsible for working closely with patients, doctor's offices, and sales reps, in order to help process patient cases. They will be working through the cases to retrieve missing information, analyzing the patient summary of benefits, and explaining patient benefit coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide benefits verification, prior authorization and reimbursement information to customers

• Proven experience with coordinating insurance benefits with patients, HCP office staff, healthcare professionals and insurance companies

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- 2+ years of CALL CENTER experience

- 1+ year of benefits verification experience

-Knowledge of Summary of Benefits

-Prior Authorization knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
