Online Interactive Group (OIG) is sourcing for an energetic Customer Service Agent. The Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries and issues. This role involves supporting customers, managing their concerns efficiently, and maintaining accurate data records to enhance service quality.
Function
- Provide responsive customer support via various channels
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Package
- $22.75 - $25.50 per hour (Weekly Pay)
- Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5PM Shift)
- Medical/Dental/Vision
