HIRING: Paraprofessionals - Special Needs & Social Emotional Behavioral Support Specialist! Full-Time | Competitive Hourly Pay About the Role We have multiple Para Professional openings starting with the new school year! In this role, you will work under the direction of a teacher to support and implement instructional programs tailored to the needs of students with Special Needs and Social Emotional Behavioral (SEB) challenges. Key Responsibilities Assist the teacher in designing and implementing academic programs based on student needs Provide academic support to individual students and small groups Help students generalize learned skills and behaviors throughout the day Maintain open communication with teachers and parents regarding academic and behavioral progress What We're Looking For Experience working in a classroom with children with Special Needs or SEB challenges Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for supporting student growth and success Additional Details Excellent hourly compensation, based on experience and education Candidates with backgrounds as Teacher's Assistants, Paraprofessionals, Instructional Aides, or similar roles are encouraged to apply About Us Our mission is to provide staffing solutions that empower school districts to deliver quality education, strengthening families and communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Istss
