- Lead engineering projects involving manufacturing equipment and plant utility systems.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation issues.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality, contractors, and equipment vendors.
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reliability.
- Assist with project documentation, technical reports, SOPs, and engineering calculations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or other automated manufacturing environments.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems, automation, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of plant utilities such as HVAC, compressed air, boilers, steam, cooling systems, or fire protection systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in aseptic or powder manufacturing is a plus.
