Onboarding Specialist

To support a growing team, the full-time Arizona Licensed ABA Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time while serving as a primary point of contact throughout the onboarding experience. Key responsibilities Manage the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their start date Collect, review, and track required employment and onboarding documentation Coordinate background checks, I-9 documentation, and other pre-employment requirements Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally Healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing experience is a plus
