Sales Representative - St. Paul/Minneapolis - Surgical Technologies
Stryker
Field-based sales role promoting Stryker's Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians and healthcare providers across a territory. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, clinical support, relationship building, and achieving sales objectives while serving as a trusted resource for customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales performance by promoting Surgical Technologies products and exceeding quota targets
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments
- Provide on-site product expertise and support during surgical procedures with troubleshooting guidance
- Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, administrators, and procurement teams to expand accounts
- Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value through training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years quota-carrying medical device or consultative sales experience
- OR 5+ years professional outside sales or territory-based selling with documented performance results
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory
- Ability to stand extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in clinical settings
- In-person capability to support product evaluations and procedures in healthcare facilities
- Preferred: Medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales background
