As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.25 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM; Sun 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response protocols at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and incident documentation. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding observed conditions, policy concerns, and response activities. Minimum Requirements: A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
