Job Title: Practice - Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Onsite: Lexington, Massachusetts 02421

Duration: 03 Months

Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an administrative professional to support a fast-paced primary care office in Lexington, MA. This individual will handle front desk responsibilities, patient interactions, scheduling, phones, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, prior administrative experience, and experience working within EPIC.

Must Haves:

EPIC experience required

Front desk/customer service background
Administrative support experience
Strong communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced healthcare environment

Preferred:

Previous healthcare experience

Call center experience
