Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. Document patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition in EMR in accordance with nursing practices. Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient. Requirements Graduation from an accredited Nursing School. Valid LVN/LPN - Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License.
