- $30/hour base during training, then performance-based pay where our techs average $40 to $70 an hour blended. Your earnings track your results, and there's no ceiling on them.
- Take-home company vehicle (you'll need to live within about 25 miles of our Denver shop)

- Document your work accurately and completely
- Valid Colorado electrical license (journeyman or master preferred)
- Proven residential electrical service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Confident, genuine customer communication and comfort presenting options
- Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and able to pass a background check and drug screen
