⚡ Lead Electrician / Service Technician (Commission – $100K–$150K+)

Pay Structure

This is a commission-based position designed for high performers.

• Top performers earn $100,000–$150,000+ per year
• No cap on earnings
• Income is based on performance and production

Training Pay:

• $25/hour + commission for the first 30 days while you get up to speed, learn our process, and build your pipeline
• Transition to full commission after onboarding period

Most technicians are fully ramped and producing within 2–4 weeks.
Consistent lead flow provided — no need to generate your own work

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions in residential and light commercial environments
• Prepare and present estimates to customers
• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Manage materials and job preparation
• Lead jobs from start to finish
• Mentor and guide an apprentice
• Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
• Maintain job notes, photos, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical experience (residential/service preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
• Comfortable presenting options and closing work
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor
• Valid driver’s license

Journeyman license preferred but not required
