Shift Manager – $23.50 to $24.25 (Flexible Schedule, Health Benefits) Join McDonald's as a Shift Manager at an independently owned franchise. Eligibility and employment matters are handled by the franchisee, not McDonald's Corporation. Job Duties & Requirements Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. Provide leadership to crew and other managers, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan and monitor shift performance, address issues, and ensure meeting company standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with succeeding shift managers. Assist departments in meeting goals and targets. As a Shift Manager you may be responsible for: Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older.
