- Locums will NOT be responsible for supervising other providers

Requirements:
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active OR license - REQUIRED
- DEA and CSR - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Local candidates - HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Must submit proof of COVID vaccine in order to work at this facility - REQUIRED
