Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience handling corporate and transactional matters
- Drafting and negotiation skills
- Member of the Illinois Bar
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required.
- Excellent Communication & Writing Skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities
