Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLP-CCC
• Prior experience—preferred—with school-aged children or previous work in a school setting
• Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to middle and high school students
• Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy, collaborating with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ progress
• Monitor and document student development, maintaining accurate and timely records according to school and state guidelines
• Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and actively participate in IEP processes
• Offer training and resources for school staff regarding communication disorders and intervention techniques
