Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as required
• Previous experience with middle and high school students preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teachers and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, and maintain student records
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct group and one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Support classroom teachers with strategies to facilitate communication and success within the curriculum
• Attend meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
